The BioPlex 2200 Vasculitis Calibrator Set is intended for the calibration of the BioPlex 2200 Vasculitis Reagent Pack and uses a set of four (4) distinct serum based calibrators. Calibrators are used in a test system to establish points of reference that are used in the determination of semi-quantitative measurement of substances in human specimens. The BioPlex 2200 Vasculitis Calibrator Set consists of four (4) 0.5 ml ready-to-use multi-analyte calibrator vials containing human antibodies to MPO, PR3 and GBM. The calibrators provide curve stability up to 30 days and open vial stability of 60 days at 2-8° C storage.
