CONTROL POSITIVO, LMV, 1 TUBO_2,5ML

The coating reagent contains polyclonal, the conjugate monoclonal antibodies. Both antibodies were made against an isolate of LMV, originally from the Salinas Valley, California, USA (R.L. Gilbertson, personal communication), maintained at ACW Research Station, Nyon, Switzerland, under isolate number LMV 1070. The reagents specifically react with LMV and are suitable for testing leaf and seed samples. Leaf extracts should be prepared at a ratio of 1:20 in extraction buffer «General» (Art. No. 110120). For testing seeds, we recommend soaking them in our special extraction buffer «Bulbs & Tubers» (containing egg albumin, freshly prepared before use) (Art. No. 110122) at a ratio 1:20 (e.g. 0.5 g seeds with 10 ml buffer) overnight before homogenization.
