GOAT ANTI HRS / HGS

Goat anti Human HRS / HGS antibody recognizes HRS / HGS, also known as human growth factor-regulated tyrosine kinase substrate or protein pp110.

The protein encoded by HGS regulates endosomal sorting and plays a critical role in the recycling and degradation of membrane receptors. The encoded protein sorts monoubiquitinated membrane proteins into the multivesicular body, targeting these proteins for lysosome-dependent degradation (provided by RefSeq, Dec 2010).

Goat anti Human HRS / HGS antibody detects a band of 110 kDa. The antibody has been extensively validated for western blotting using whole cell lysates.
