RABBIT ANTI CD271

Rabbit anti Human CD271 antibody recognizes the CD271 antigen, also known as tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor superfamily member 16, NGF receptor, low affinity nerve growth factor receptor, low affinity neurotrophin receptor p75NTR and low-affinity nerve growth factor receptor, p75 ICD.

CD271 contains an extracellular domain containing four 40-amino acid repeats with 6 cysteine residues at conserved positions followed by a serine/threonine-rich region, a single transmembrane domain, and a 155-amino acid cytoplasmic domain. The cysteine-rich region contains the nerve growth factor binding domain (provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008).

Rabbit anti Human CD271 antibody detects a band of 75 kDa. The antibody has been extensively validated for western blotting using whole cell lysates.
