RABBIT ANTI DNAJB11

Rabbit anti Human DNAJB11 antibody recognizes DNAJB11 also known as DnaJ homolog subfamily B member 11, APOBEC1-binding protein 2, ABBP-2, DnaJ protein homolog 9, ERdj3 and PWP1-interacting protein 4.

DNAJB11 belongs to the evolutionarily conserved DNAJ/HSP40 family of proteins, which regulate molecular chaperone activity by stimulating ATPase activity. DNAJ proteins may have up to 3 distinct domains: a conserved 70-amino acid J domain, usually at the N terminus; a glycine/phenylalanine (G/F)-rich region; and a C-terminal cysteine-rich region (Ohtsuka and Hata, 2000, PubMed 11147971, OMIM, Mar 2008).

Rabbit anti Human DNAJB11 antibody detects a band of 45 kDa. The antibody has been extensively validated for western blotting using whole cell lysates.
