RABBIT ANTI LASP-1

Rabbit anti Human LASP-1 antibody recognizes LASP-1, also known as metastatic lymph node gene 50 protein.

LASP-1 is a member of a subfamily of LIM proteins, characterized by a LIM motif and a domain of Src homology region 3, and also a member of the nebulin family of actin-binding proteins. Encoded by the LASP1 gene, this protein is a cAMP and cGMP dependent signaling protein and binds to the actin cytoskeleton at extensions of the cell membrane. LASP-1 has been linked to metastatic breast cancer, hematopoetic tumors such as B-cell lymphomas, and colorectal cancer (provided by RefSeq, Oct 2012).

Rabbit anti Human LASP-1 antibody detects a band of 38 kDa. The antibody has been extensively validated for western blotting using whole cell lysates.
