TIRAS IMMUNOGÉNICAS, TOMV, AGRISTRIP, INDIVIDUALES,TAMPÓN DE EXTRACCIÓN LISTO PARA USAR PARA 25 ENSAYOS

The antibodies used for this AgriStrip assay were made against an isolate of ToMV strain ‘Dahlemense’ from Germany, propagated in Nicotiana tabacum cv. Samsun nn (S. Winter, personal communication). The antibodies show cross-reactivity with the tobamoviruses tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) and tobacco mild green mosaic virus (TMGMV) (S. Winter, personal communication). Sensitivity was comparable to the DAS-ELISA format and strongest coloration of testbands was obtained with a 1:80 to 1:500 (w/v) dilution of an extract of infected tomato leaves.
