TIRAS IMMUNOGÉNICAS, AAC, AGRISTRIP, KIT COMPLETO PARA 25 ENSAYOS, 1 KIT

The antibodies used for this AgriStrip assay were made against a blend of different Aac isolates originating from USA, Brazil, and Thailand (R. Walcott, pers. communication). There are cross-reactions with other subsp. of Acidovorax avenae, such as A. avenae subsp. cattleyae (Aacat) or A. avenae subsp. avenae (Aaa). Detection limit is between 105 to 106 cfu/ml. Strongest coloration of testbands was obtained with a 1:20 (w/v) dilution of an extract of infected watermelon leaf.
